Removal.
(1)
Unscrew two compression nuts (5, fig. 4-10) from two elbows (4) and move discharge line (6) and suction
line (16) with compression nuts away from pump (3).
(2)
Tag and disconnect wires in electrical box (10), then remove power cable (15) from the bottom of box.
(3)
Remove male grips (18), connecting pump (3) and box (10), and separate the two.
(4)
Remove screws (2) and self-locking nuts (17) securing pump (3) to pump mounting bracket (1), and lift
pump off bracket.

Disassembly.
(1)
Remove three screws (1, fig. 4-34), end cover (2) and gasket (4) from pump body (3).
(2)
Remove magnet (5), retainer (6) and washer (7) from filter element (8), and remove element.
(3)
Remove valve (9) and valve spring (10) from spring cup (11) and remove cup and plunger spring (12) from
plunger (13).
(4)
Remove plunger (13) from pump body (3).
