Remove washers (17) and nuts (18) from the U-bolt bracket and remove U-bolt (19).

Unscrew pipe (20) from orifice flange (14).
(6)
Remove the screws (15), washers (13) and nuts (12) from flange (14) and remove the raw water flow
indicator assembly (16).

Unscrew the flange (14) from pipe (11) and pipe (11) from tee (8).

Remove clamp (9) and remove pipe (10) from tee (8).

Remove tee (8) from tee (7), and draincock (6) from tee (7).

Remove tee (7) from nipple (5), and disconnect nuts (2) and remove tubing (1) from valve adapter (3).

Remove valve (4) from nipple (5).

Inspect. Inspect all parts for damage.
c.
Replace. Replace any parts that are damaged.
d.
Installation.
(1)
Using adapter (3, fig. 4-71) and flare nut (2), connect the tubing (1) to valve (4).
(2)
Install nipple (5) into valve (4), and tee (7) onto nipple (5).
(3)
Screw draincock (6) into tee (7), and tee (8) into bottom of tee (7).
