2-69. GAGE PANEL ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)

Tag and remove pressure gage lines from two pressure differential switches.

Tag and remove conduit from two pressure differential switches.

Tag and remove wires from two pressure differential switches.

Remove two nuts, two flatwashers, and U-bolt from inlet pipe.

Remove two nuts, lockwashers, and bolts connecting support frame and panel.
NOTE
Two persons are required for next two steps.
8 Have one person support the gage panel assembly. Remove six nuts, lockwashers, and bolts connecting panel
to frame. Remove gage panel assembly.
9 Have one person support the gage panel assembly. Aline holes on gage panel assembly and frame. Install six
bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.
10 Aline holes on gage panel assembly and support frame. Install two bolts, lockwashers, and nuts

Install U-bolt, two flatwashers, and two nuts on inlet pipe.

Install wires to two pressure differential switches. Remove tags.
13
Install conduit to two pressure differential switches. Remove tags.
14
Install pressure gage lines to two pressure differential switches. Remove tags.
15 Install pressure gage lines to three pressure gages. Remove tags.
16 Install wires to toggle switch, utility lamp, and rheostat.
