Auxiliary Fuel Supply. Check auxiliary fuel tank and
lines for damage and leaks. Replace lines as required
(para 2-12). If tank is damaged, notify your
supervisor.

Control Panel Assembly. Check controls for proper
operation. Check that MEDIA FILTER OK and CARTRIDGE
FILTER OK lights are lit. Repair control panel
assembly as required (para 2-71).

Piping and Valves. Check piping for cracks, leaks, and
other damage. Check valves for proper operation.
Replace as required (para 2-66).

Cartridge Filter Assembly. Check for cracks, leaks,
and other damage. Replace or repair as required (para
2-68).

Chemical Metering Pumps and Tubing. Remove dosing head
from pump. Rinse out inside of head. Check for
damage. Replace as required (para 2-70). Check tubing
for cracks and leaks. Replace as required (para 2-70).

Skid. Check skid for cracks and other damage. If
damaged, notify your supervisor.

Multimedia Filters. Check each filter unit for damage
and leaks. Check vent valve for proper operation.
Replace vent valve as required (para 2-74).
High Pressure Pump Assembly
CAUTION
To prevent damage to equipment, do not operate engine without
sufficient water supply to keep pump cool and lubricated.

High Pressure Pump. Start engine. (See
TM 10-4610-229-10.) Check pump for unusual noise and
vibration. Check rotor case and manifold for cracks
and leaks. Replace as required (para 2-109).
