Remove quick-disconnect coupling from vise.

Place throttle valve assembly in vise.

Remove two elbow pipes from throttle valve.
CAUTION
When removing valve parts from housing, be careful not to lose ball located between bonnet and
upper cage.

Remove nut from handle. Remove four capscrews. Remove valve assembly from housing.

Remove valve seat and O-ring from valve housing.

Remove pin from stem and plug. Remove stem and plug from handle.
12
Remove lower cage, two spacers, and flatwasher from upper cage.
13
Remove grease zerk from handle. Rotate handle and remove 16 ball bearings through grease zerk.
14
Remove handle and bonnet from upper cage.
