2-113. PRODUCT SPOOL ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
b. Disassembly
1
Place flowmeter in vise.
2
Remove check valve with quick-disconnect coupling assembly from elbow pipe.
3
Remove elbow pipe from nipple.
4
Remove nipple from reducer. Remove reducer.
5
Remove flowmeter from vise. Place T-pipe in vise.
6
Remove flowmeter and reducer.
7
Remove pipe from T-pipe.
8
Remove nipple and reducer.
9
Remove sample valve and two reducers.
10
Remove T-pipe assembly from vise.
11
Place quick-disconnect coupling in vise.
12
Remove check valve and two reducers from coupling. Remove gasket.
13
Remove quick-disconnect coupling from vise.
c. Assembly
1
Wrap T-pipe threads in antiseize tape.
2
Install quick-disconnect coupling in vise.
3
Install gasket.
4
Install two reducers and check valve.
5
Remove quick-disconnect assembly from vise.
6
Place T-pipe assembly in vise.
7
Install two reducers and sample valve.
8
Install reducer and nipple.
9
Install pipe in T-pipe.
10
Install reducer and flowmeter.
11
Remove T-pipe from vise.
