Install flowmeter in vise.

Install reducer and nipple.

Install elbow on nipple.

Install check valve with quick-disconnect coupling assembly in elbow.
d. Installation
NOTE
Two persons required for next two steps.
1
Have one person support weight of product spool assembly. Install hold-down clamp. Install screw and nut.

Aline T-pipe with connection.

Apply thin coat of silicone lubricant to gasket lips and outside of gasket.

Place gasket over end of elbow pipe, being sure it doesn't overhang end of connection.
5 Aline end of pipe with elbow pipe. Slide gasket to center position between grooves. No portion of gasket should
overhang grooves.

Place coupling halves over gasket, making sure keys are in grooves.

Install two bolts. Place nuts on bolts and hand-tighten.
CAUTION
Overtightening nuts may cause gasket to pinch. Tighten nuts only until coupling halves are firmly
together (metal-to-metal).

Tighten nuts alternately and equally until coupling halves are firmly together.
