Remove speed limiter plug, spring, and plunger from governor housing.

Remove torque spring assembly.

Straighten lock tab. Remove lever screw.

Remove lever and shaft from housing.
15
Remove two screws, lock lever arm, and shaft from housing.
16 Remove two seals.

Remove bearing.

Remove plug and bearing.

Drive inner seal in housing with lip toward bearing.

Drive outer seal in housing with lip toward outside.

Drive in bearings.
4
Coat lips of seals with clean engine oil (MIL-L-2104).
