3-62. VALVE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
c. Installation
1
Lubricate valve stem with clean engine oil (MIL-L-2104).

Install valve, spring, and rotocoil. Remove tags.
3
Compress spring. Install lock with thick end up.
4
Remove spring compressor.
5
Hit valve with a soft hammer to be sure locks are in correct position.
6
Repeat steps 1 thru 3 for each valve removed.
7
Install cylinder head (para 3-64).
