Install mounting bolts. 2 Torque bolts in the following sequence: • Bolts 1 thru 9 to 90-110 ft lb. • Bolts 10 thru 19 to 35-45 ft lb. • Retorque bolts 1 thru 9 to 90-110 ft lb. • Retorque bolts 10 thru 19 to 35-45 ft lb. 3 Remove lifting device and bracket link. 4 Install cover. Install two bolts. 5 Install air cleaner support bracket. Install mounting bolts. 6 Install crankshaft rear seal and wear sleeve (para 3-79). 7 Install oil pan (para 2-105). 8 Install flywheel (para 3-70). 9 Install starter (para 2-88). 10 Install air cleaner (para 2-84). 3-72.
