GRAVITY DISCHARGE (LOWER SPRAY BAR)
WARNING
NEVER drink water contained in water distributor tank. Water contained or dispensed from tank is NON-
POTABLE. Drinking non-potable water could result in injury or death.
NOTE
Gravity discharge is an "emergency" degraded mode of operation used to add water to soil. Typically, grav-
ity discharge will add excessive water to soil.
1.
Ensure pump control switch is in ON (pressure) position.
2.
Turn TANK FILL SPARGER control to OFF.
3.
Turn GRAVITY SPRAY control to ON.
4.
Raise tank to level operating position and allow liquid to discharge by gravity from lower spray bar.
DISCHARGE USING AUXILIARY HOSE AND REEL
WARNING
Do NOT spray or handle any substance, without first reading manufacturer's handling precautions as
printed on label. Wear appropriate protective gear, as required by MSDS and safety and medical person-
nel. Do NOT increase concentration of substance used. Do NOT smoke, as some compounds may be
flammable. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel or damage to equip-
ment.
Collapsible auxiliary hose must be fully unwound from reel and manned prior to pressurization, to min-
imize the dangers of "hose whipping". Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NEVER drink water contained in water distributor tank. Water contained or dispensed from tank is
NON-POTABLE. Drinking non-potable water could result in injury or death.
NOTE
Auxiliary hose is 70 ft (21.4 m) long. It is used to perform power washing operations.
Auxiliary hose is NOT intended for use in fire fighting.
Two people are required to perform this operation.
1.
Begin with tank in operating (level) position.
2.
Place transmission in N (Neutral) and lock. Apply parking brake. Block wheels.
3.
Place pump control switch to ON (pressure) position.
4.
Turn TANK FILL SPARGER control to OFF.
5.
Turn REAR SPRAY LEFT, REAR SPRAY RIGHT, and PRESSURE GRAVITY controls to OFF.
6.
Access hose reel at rear of tank. Remove cap from hose reel nozzle.
